1 About Us

MaybeIf is a software business operated by an independent developer based in the State of Nevada, United States. We build lightweight, privacy-first browser extensions distributed through the Chrome Web Store.

2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Products for your own lawful purposes.

Free versions of our Products may include feature limits. Paid ("Pro") versions unlock additional functionality, as described at the point of purchase, upon activation of a valid license key.

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit a Product or license key; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law; (c) circumvent or disable license verification, usage limits, or security features; or (d) use a Product in any way that violates applicable law or the Chrome Web Store policies.

3 Pricing & Payment

Our paid Products are sold as a one-time purchase that grants a lifetime license for the purchased version. We do not charge recurring subscription fees.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are shown at the point of purchase. Promotional or launch pricing may be offered for a limited time and is applied via a discount code at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases; any change will not affect a license you have already purchased.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. That provider handles billing, applicable sales tax or VAT, and payment security. Your use of the checkout is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

A paid license entitles you to activate the Product on a limited number of devices, as stated at the point of purchase. License keys are delivered electronically after a successful payment.

4 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid Products. If you are not satisfied, email us at tchung7705@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. Upon refund, the associated license will be deactivated and may no longer be used.

Refunds are processed through the same payment provider used for the original purchase.

5 Privacy & Your Data

Our Products are designed to be privacy-first. Application data, settings, and other content you create are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

6 Availability & Changes

We aim to keep our Products functional and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Browser updates, changes to third-party websites, or other factors outside our control may affect functionality.

We may update, modify, or discontinue a Product or feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of a Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Product will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaybeIf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our Products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.
